Led by the Group’s international procurement team members, the group visited local factories in Bac Ninh to observe the entire process of raw material processing, product manufacturing and quality control. The team held face-to-face discussions with factory managers to investigate the local market environment, supply chain models and potential cooperation opportunities in Vietnam. Combining the supply chain strengths of CONSMOS Group and benchmarking against overseas production and quality control systems, this activity accumulates valuable first-hand references for the Group to deepen its presence in Southeast Asia and optimize the global industrial layout.
After completing the industrial research in Bac Ninh, the team set aside work stress and immersed themselves in the cultural customs and natural wonders of Northern Vietnam. The group strolled along Hanoi’s famous Train Street to experience the vibrant local life. They visited Ba Dinh Square, One Pillar Pagoda, the Old Quarter of 36 Streets and Hoan Kiem Lake to appreciate Hanoi’s thousand-year cultural heritage. Afterwards, the group boarded cruise boats and cruised through Ha Long Bay, a World Natural Heritage Site, to admire the spectacular scenery known as “Guilin on the Sea”.
During the leisure time of the trip, the Chairman had in-depth talks with team members about overseas market opportunities and shared insights on business operations. It is the united hard work of all CONSMOS staff that has built the Group’s global business footprint. These relaxed exchanges stimulated idea collisions, further strengthened team cohesion and embodied CONSMOS’ team spirit of unity and joint progress.
